Give a word some weight.
Then let the wind in.
A thousand connected points. Gravity, wind, and your hands. All the good things happen between them.

the flat world.
A mesh of points remembers its last position. Gravity and spatially varying wind move it; distance constraints hold neighbouring points together. Changing the anchors turns a banner into a flag or a drape. The print is a locally drawn texture attached to the mesh. Normals and a woven-surface shader give the folds their light. This is a position-based cloth study, not a textile engineering model.
